Capitalizing on the great trend of Rosé on the wine market, the Institut National des Appellations d’Origine (I.N.A.O.) has recently approved the making and marketing of Rivesaltes Rosé, the new color of the Rivesaltes Vin Doux Naturel, from Roussillon.
For the moment, the region will begin exporting this wine through two producers: Société Bardinet Valauria and Vignerons Catalans Rivesaltes Rosé by Croix Milhas, and will be followed by several private sellers and corps.
